• Biddings procedures for authorizations, permissions or concessions for the services exploration; 
  
• Biddings promoted by Petrobras (ex construction of boats, freightages, services);
  
• Contracts involving the exploration and production of oil and natural gas;
• Logistic, importation and exportation of oil, gas and its derivatives;
• Contracts for the construction, financing, purchase and operation of a great variety of good in the oil sector and gas, such as ship-tank, gas ships and platform;
  
• Contracts in the area of engineering services;
  
• Legal regimen for the importation/admission of boats, platforms and equipment used in the industry of the oil and gas (Repetro);
  
• Legal and regulatory aspects of  the operation of boats, platforms and installations (p.ex. FPOS and FSOS) before the maritime authority (DPC), of navigation (ANTAQ) and the oil and gas (ANP);
  
• Field of accidents and damages to a terminals, platforms and structures of offshore;
  
• Questions of withdrawal conditioning, abandonment and removal of wreck.

Carbon Credit

• Initial evaluation of the project;
  
• Assessorship for the framing of the project to the MDL: Estimate of costs and activities schedule;
  
• Elaboration of the DCP, and if necessary, elaboration of applicable Methodology to the Project;
  
• Complete assistance since the the approvals of Operacional Entity Designated (EOD) and of Nacional Authority Designated (AND) until the register of the project for the Executive Committee in MDL of the Organization of United Nations (ONU);
  
• Assessorship in the stage of track with elaboration of plans of track in conformity with MDL;
  
• Financial support for the involved costs in the elaboration cycle and register of projects MDL;
  
• Assessorship during the stage of verification and emission of RECs;
• Assistance in the search for potentials purchasers of RECs;
• Direct purchase of RECs and projects with raised credibility.
